Job Title: Receptionist/Front of House

We are seeking an experienced and organized Receptionist/Front of House to join our team at NXT Recruitment. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and professional image for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage the reception area and ensure a tidy and welcoming environment
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, and provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Serve as a liaison between tenants, contractors, and internal teams
Requirements:
  • Previous office administration experience highly desirable
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment (phone systems, printers, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
