As a Graduate Business Management Trainee, you will embark on a 27-month rotational program that will give you unparalleled exposure to different parts of the business. You will learn about underwriting, assessing risks, delivering reports to stakeholders, driving operational excellence, and potentially managing a team. You will also have the opportunity to develop a range of skills and networks, overseeing projects that deliver value to our business and customers.

Our Graduate Business Management Program is designed to help you grow and develop as a professional. You will receive an in-depth learning and development program that will support you throughout and into your future career. You will also complete a Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) which includes completing your Chartered Insurance Institute ACII qualification.

To be eligible for this program, you must have recently achieved (within the last three years) or be on track to receive a minimum 2:1 degree from your Bachelor's or equivalent degree. You must also have an indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK.
