You'll have the opportunity to build a strong understanding of our business and develop a range of skills, including claims management, underwriting, risk assessment, and project management.

As part of our graduate programme, you'll also complete a Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship, equivalent to a Bachelor's degree, and gain a Chartered Insurance Institute ACII qualification. What We're Looking For:

  • Recent graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree from a Bachelor's or equivalent degree
  • At least 96 UCAS points from 3 A-Level subjects (or equivalent)
  • A*-C in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
  • Indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK
