Are you ready to embark on a challenging and rewarding career in business management? Zurich Insurance is seeking talented graduates to join our Graduate Programme in Business Management.

As a rotational Business Graduate, you will gain unparalleled exposure to different aspects of our business, learning about our operations and how we deliver value to our customers. You will work closely with our experienced team members, developing strong relationships and building a comprehensive understanding of our business.

Our Graduate Programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, driving operational excellence and delivering results that impact our business and customers.

As part of our programme, you will also complete a Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship, equivalent to a Bachelor's degree, and achieve the Chartered Insurance Institute ACII qualification. This will provide you with a solid foundation in insurance and business management, setting you up for success in your future career.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree
