Business Graduate Scheme

We are seeking a talented Business Graduate to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. During a 15-month programme, you will rotate across four business units to gain a deeper understanding of sales, engineering, and economics.

This Graduate role will support the business in understanding the effective use of new technology and business strategies, including digitalisation and our target of zero emissions.

Our client works in an agile way, allowing you to manage your time and location of work flexibly.

In this role, you will:

  • Scope, plan, deliver, and monitor defined projects across multiple work rotations.
  • Foster a collaborative approach, building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and promoting collaborative working between teams and branches.
  • Work effectively with colleagues across the business.
  • Support problem-solving to help keep deliverables on track.
  • Undertake other tasks as may reasonably be required.

Requirements

To perform this role effectively, you will ideally:

  • Have recently received a high-level degree or a Master's.
  • Have studied business, economics, sales, or engineering.
  • Have travelled, worked, or studied abroad.
  • Be able to quickly understand complex business processes and abstract those.
  • Have an independent and proactive working ethic.
  • Have strong planning and organisation, including administration.
  • Be a strong relationship builder and stakeholder manager.
  • Have a keen eye for detail.
  • Be inquisitive.
