Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Learning and Development Coach to join our team at Protocol National Limited.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective learning programs, developing curriculum content, and assessing learner progress.

You will work closely with employers to enhance learner achievement and program growth, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet industry standards.

Maintaining accurate records, conducting regular tutorials, and adhering to student retention metrics are also essential aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver apprenticeship programs in the subject area, utilizing various teaching methods and innovative approaches.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners, promoting their personal and professional growth.
  • Conduct practical assessments and maintain required records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support recruitment, sign-up, and induction of students, addressing individual needs and preferences.
  • Build strong relationships with employers to foster a collaborative environment, driving program success and learner achievement.
  • Maintain high Health & Safety standards, reporting any risks or concerns promptly.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A relevant occupational qualification to L5 and an assessor qualification are essential for this role.
  • Tertiary education and a teaching qualification would be advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and A*-C grades in maths and English are also required.
  • Proficiency in IT applications and online portfolio systems is crucial for effective communication and record-keeping.
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in residential childcare or a related field is necessary for this position.
