About the Role

We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our team as a Domestic Major Loss Adjuster. This is a home-based position that requires visiting customers across Sussex, Surrey, and Hampshire. To be considered, you must have a full UK driving license and reside in this region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a customer-focused and cost-effective service by handling household and residential commercial claims from instruction to completion.
  • Handle both household and residential commercial claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Travel across the UK, visiting customers and conducting site visits as required.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim handling.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of handling high-value and complex domestic claims.
  • Qualified to a minimum of Cert CII, with aspirations to progress to Dip CII.
  • Deep knowledge of technical insurance principles, including subrogation, underwriting practices, and full ABI report writing.
  • Understanding of building practices and regulations in relation to property reinstatements and tendering processes.
