**Job Overview:** Educational Mentor for Students with Special Needs
We are TARGETED PROVISION LTD, a company dedicated to providing high-quality education to young people with SEN (Special Education Needs)/SEND (Special Education Needs and Disabilities), as well as other needs such as SEMH needs (Social, Emotional and Mental Health). We are seeking a qualified teacher to join our team as an Educational Mentor for Students with Special Needs.
As an Educational Mentor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students with special educational needs. You will work closely with the student to identify their learning needs and develop a tailored education plan. You will also be required to provide regular progress updates to the student's parents/guardians and other relevant stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safeguarding processes and the ability to work in a way that promotes the health, safety, and wellbeing of children and young people.
**Salary:** £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
