Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced QHSE Compliance Manager to drive quality, site safety, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation at our manufacturing facility in Wellingborough. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a solid QHSE mindset throughout the site.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, quality improvements, route cause analysis, and corrective actions. They will also possess experience of driving QHSE compliance across a manufacturing facility and be competent with quality-related inspection techniques.
In this role, you will have full autonomy for all site QHSE activities, including ISO:9001, ISO:14001, and ISO:45001. You will work closely with the Operations Director to drive quality and site safety initiatives and ensure we comply with all relevant legislation.
A salary of up to £45,000 dependent on experience is offered, along with benefits including an annual performance bonus, 25 days holiday, and half-day Friday. This role is commutable from Bedford, Northampton, Kettering, Rushden, Thrapstone, Huntingdon, and St Neots.
