We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Learning Lead to join our team at TeacherActive. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract position available from as soon as possible until July 2025.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent teaching record, an inclusive approach, and a commitment to fostering a love of learning for all children.

Key qualities include enthusiasm, understanding, strong organizational skills, the ability to work hard, and maintaining calm and humor under pressure. The successful candidate will also need to build and maintain positive relationships within the wider school community and bring energy, excitement, and passion to the classroom.

Salary

A competitive salary is offered, reflecting the level of experience, estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, engaging curriculum to Key Stage One students. Prior experience delivering a high-quality, engaging curriculum at this phase is advantageous, but we also welcome applications from teachers with Key Stage Two experience who are eager to develop their skills in this area.
