Activities Coordinator

As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing coordinator to provide engaging activities for residents at Avery Healthcare.
">Main Responsibilities- Maintain a safe living and working environment for residents and staff.
- Support the preparation of activities and events to promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical well-being.
- Establish links with local community groups, schools, and spiritual organizations to enhance access to community resources.
We are seeking an individual with previous experience working with older adults in residential care settings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a positive attitude towards providing high-quality care and activities.
Awareness of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies is essential.
This role requires an Enhanced Disclosure check through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
