Aircraft Mechanical Project Manager

Brookfield M&E Ltd is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead their new build commercial project in Oxford. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing the full mechanical package, with experience in both residential and commercial projects. This role will involve supervising and managing subcontractors, ensuring high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Organizing the work of all subcontractors
- Managing LTHW, CHW, CCHW, pipe fitting, pumps, valves, FCUs, ventilation, ductwork, toilets, sinks, taps, radiators, and all associated mechanical duties
- Understanding the process of handover of apartments, including HIUs, MVHRs, first fix plumbing, and finals
- Quality control and health and safety management
- Ordering materials on site and maintaining computer literacy with use of Word, Excel, and other programs
- Giving toolbox talks and managing different mechanical trades
- Attending client progression meetings and completing daily reports for clients
- Producing method statements and risk assessments
The company offers a competitive salary range of £270-£290 per day or £50,000-£60,000 + package. The successful candidate will be required to reside in Oxford during the 24-month project duration.
