About The Role:


As a Residential Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff and delivering quality, person-centred care and support to our residents.


You will be responsible for training, supervising and delegating duties on shift, as well as supporting with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.


About You:


We are looking for someone with NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with previous experience in a residential care setting and proven team leadership skills.


You will need to be warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support, with the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities.
