Senior Support Worker Opportunity

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Burton-on-Trent. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the individuals we support, while also contributing to the management and supervision of our residential service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors
  • Assist with supervision, allocation of shifts, and training
  • Contribute to the day-to-day management of the service
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs
