About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analyst to join our team at ECS Resource Group. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing and executing effective shopper marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement shopper marketing plans that drive sales and revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand shopper behavior and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Manage and analyze marketing budgets to ensure optimal ROI
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in shopper or consumer marketing, account management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
