Reporting to one of our Research Managers, your mission will be to enhance building performance, a commitment we've upheld for more than 60 years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct intricate projects primarily within your designated portfolio, ensuring efficient research execution and timely project delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive market research utilizing various methods, including desk research, telephonic interviews, and in-person meetings, delivering analysis projects within set budgets and timelines.
- Establish and adhere to agreed-upon research methodologies, applying analytical processes to generate high-quality reports that aid clients in making informed business choices.
- Coordinate the contributions of team members and external contractors or consultants as necessary, ensuring quality assurance of reports produced by other team members.
- Manage a small portfolio, collaborating with Team Managers and colleagues to innovate new products aligned with market demands and client expectations.
- Maintain ongoing communication with industry stakeholders and clients to stay updated on market developments and create compelling studies within your portfolio.
- Draft proposals for private client projects within your portfolio.
- Assist Team Managers in budget setting when required.
- Foster strong customer relationships.
- Support Team Managers in expanding and enhancing your portfolio in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Attend industry trade shows as needed and deliver presentations relevant to your portfolio area.
- Provide sales support as necessary.
- Under the guidance of the Team Manager, contribute to writing press releases and blogs.
- Mentor junior market intelligence analysts and fulfill line management duties as required.
- Operate in compliance with ISO 9001 standards and relevant company procedures.
- Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role.

Candidate Profile:

Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in B2B market research.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and business acumen.
- Familiarity with the business sector and proficiency in one or more foreign languages (German, Italian, Spanish).
- Project management expertise.
- Proficient in MS Office and excellent analytical and modeling skills.
- Strong presentation and report writing capabilities.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a small team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills and willingness to travel.
- Commitment to professional growth and development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Professional qualification from the Market Research Society.
