Job Description

Senior Human Resources Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Adjacency Recruitment Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Lead on organization change management, employee relations, and recruitment processes
  • Develop and deliver HR policies and procedures to a diverse stakeholder group
  • Build effective working relationships with people across the business to provide advice and guidance on HR-related issues
  • Prepare documentation for restructures, including advice on job descriptions, TUPE, and recruitment activities
  • Research and recommend new initiatives to improve HR processes and employee engagement
  • Support the recruitment of new employees, covering all aspects from authorization to onboarding
  • Deliver successful end-to-end management of employee relations caseload, advising on cases at all levels of complexity
  • Update staff databases and ensure accurate employee details for reporting and audit purposes
  • Proactively ensure quality procedures and guidelines are followed to meet quality objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • At least 5 years of HR experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
