We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our team in Gloucester. As an HR Consultant, you will work with clients across various industries, providing expert HR advice and solutions tailored to their needs.

About the Role

As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert HR advice on employee relations, performance, and compliance.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Managing employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Delivering HR projects that improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Staying up-to-date on employment law changes and ensuring client policies are compliant.
  • Providing insights through data analysis to support strategic HR decisions.
What We re Looking For

We are looking for an HR expert with:

  • Proven experience in HR, ideally in a consultancy or multi-client role.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (or above) is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and UK employment law.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to client sites.
