We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for an Experienced HR Consultant to join our dynamic team at Adjacency Recruitment Limited. This role is designed for a professional eager to make a significant contribution in the field of Human Resources.

Role Overview:

The successful applicant will report directly to the Head of Human Resources and will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance on various HR matters. This includes spearheading organizational change initiatives, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment strategies, and enhancing HR policies and procedures while delivering a confidential advisory service.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Organizational Change Leadership:
    Provide strategic advice on restructuring efforts, assisting managers and senior leaders throughout the consultation process. Prepare necessary documentation for organizational changes, including templates and job descriptions.
  2. Policy Formulation:
    Lead the creation and refinement of HR policies, ensuring their relevance and effective implementation within the organization.
  3. Training and Development:
    Design and conduct training sessions for management on HR policies and practices, as well as other relevant management training programs.
  4. Recruitment Oversight:
    Collaborate with managers on recruitment and selection processes, offering guidance on job descriptions, advertisements, and selection methodologies.
  5. Employee Lifecycle Management:
    Address and resolve employee relations inquiries, stepping in for senior HR advisors as needed. Provide management and senior stakeholders with insights on complex HR issues, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations.
  6. Payroll and Compliance Management:
    Oversee HR and payroll communications, ensuring the payroll department is informed of all changes affecting employee compensation, including new hires, departures, and salary adjustments.

Additionally, the role involves supporting various ad-hoc projects and fulfilling other reasonable duties as required.

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess demonstrable experience in an HR advisory capacity and hold a minimum of CIPD Level 5 certification. A positive and professional demeanor is essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
