About the Role


This full-time position is available for a Class Teacher who will be responsible for teaching and supporting the learning of pupils in accordance with the policies of the school. The successful candidate will have a year stage allocated, and their teaching responsibilities will consist of classes at all levels and stages.



Salary Information


The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. As a living wage accredited employer, we offer a competitive salary package that reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.



Job Description


The successful candidate will be required to teach and support the learning of pupils, working closely with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve excellent outcomes. Key responsibilities will include:



  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the needs of diverse learners;
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback;
  • Maintaining accurate records of student performance and attendance;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies;
  • Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a valid GTCS registration and possess excellent teaching and communication skills. A strong understanding of curriculum development and delivery is essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
