Site Management Professional

We are recruiting a motivated and experienced Site Management Professional to work on a permanent basis for CV Library in the North West. You will manage a long-term residential project based in the area, reporting to the Site Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities
- E nsure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
About the Role:
An excellent salary package is available for this position, estimated at £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a competitive salary, pension scheme, and opportunities for career progression.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and construction processes
- A valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications
