Job Description:

As a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pre-Construction Manager, you will lead the coordination of design, procurement, programming, and risk management for large-scale infrastructure ventures. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project transitions from concept to construction.

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams through pre-construction, overseeing bid strategies, design development, and project programming.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks early, ensuring robust and resilient solutions are developed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will have a proven track record in leading pre-construction on complex, multi-stakeholder projects in sectors like transport, energy, water, or civil engineering. You will also have in-depth knowledge of procurement, design, and pre-construction processes.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Pre-Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager in major, complex infrastructure projects valued at £50M+.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
