Job Title: Water Infrastructure Project Manager

LJB Recruit is seeking a qualified Water Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing water-related infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with NEC/EEC contract terms and conditions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and guiding contractors, subcontractors, and site staff to meet project specifications and schedules. A strong understanding of NEC/EEC contract frameworks and application in water-related projects is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in site supervision, preferably in the water sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee water infrastructure projects, enforcing compliance with NEC or EEC contract terms and conditions.
  • Ensure project activities adhere to technical, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and guide contractors, subcontractors, and site staff to meet project specifications and schedules.

Requirements:

  • Degree/equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction/Project Management, or related field.
  • Experience in NEC/EEC contract management is highly desirable.
  • Significant years of experience in site supervision, preferably in the water sector.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. LJB Recruit offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
