CBT Therapist for Younger People

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CBT Therapist to join our team at Pennine Care NHS FT. As a CBT Therapist for Younger People, you will be responsible for providing high-quality CBT-based assessment, formulation, and treatment to individuals experiencing moderate to severe common mental health problems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide CBT-based assessment, formulation, and treatment to individuals experiencing moderate to severe common mental health problems.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct regular clinical supervision to ensure high-quality care and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Participate in ongoing service developments and quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of CBT services.
- Doctoral-level training in clinical psychology or a related field, with a focus on CBT.
- Experience working with younger individuals (16-25 years) with common mental health problems.
- Strong knowledge of CBT principles and practices, including assessment, formulation, and treatment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
