CBT Therapist for Younger People

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CBT Therapist to join our team at Pennine Care NHS FT. As a CBT Therapist for Younger People, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychological therapies to individuals experiencing common mental health problems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide CBT-based assessment, formulation, and treatment for individuals experiencing moderate to severe common mental health problems.
- Develop and manage a clinical caseload, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Attend monthly clinical supervision to develop knowledge, skills, and promote access to clinical excellence.
- Contribute to ongoing service developments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality psychological therapies.
We are looking for an individual with:
- IAPT High Intensity training or doctoral clinical/counselling psychology with BABCP accreditation.
- Experience of working as a qualified psychologist/CBT therapist or mental health specialist delivering CBT treatment.
- Ability to communicate clearly in difficult and complex situations.
- Experience of working with patients with a wide range of presentations, delivering CBT/other psychological interventions.
- Experience of working with children and young people.
