Head of Marketing

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.

You will lead a talented marketing team, overseeing all aspects of marketing, including digital, content, brand, and product marketing.

This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate closely with the leadership team to shape the company's vision and market position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, market share, and customer engagement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, ensuring collaboration and alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, content strategy, digital marketing, and performance marketing activities.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as required to achieve targets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative marketing techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • ~5+ years' experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing high-performing teams.
  • ~ Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
  • ~ Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
