Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand visibility, market share, and customer engagement.
  • Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, content strategy, digital marketing, and performance marketing activities.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • ~5+ years' experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing high-performing teams.
  • ~ Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
