About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, market share, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, ensuring collaboration and alignment with company objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content strategy, and performance marketing activities.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and drive growth.
  • Resource Management: Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as required to achieve targets.
  • PR and Communication: Drive the company's PR and communication efforts, managing external agencies and partnerships where necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing high-performing teams.
  • Skills: Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns; strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
  • Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills; proven ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
