Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our research team as a Lead Research Scientist for Li-ion Battery Cell Development. As a key member of our Applied Research department, you will lead the development of next-generation electrolyte formulations and separator materials for Li-ion batteries.

With a strong background in electrochemistry and materials science, you will design and synthesise advanced electrolyte compositions and separator materials that enhance battery safety, efficiency, and energy density. Your expertise in ionic conductivity, stability, and compatibility will be crucial in advancing our materials that support high energy density, fast-charging capabilities, and extended lifecycle needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and synthesise advanced electrolyte compositions and separator materials that enhance battery safety, efficiency, and energy density.
  • Develop and test new electrolyte and separator materials to support high energy density, fast-charging capabilities, and extended lifecycle needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced materials into prototypes and align on performance goals.
