We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Office Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, processing customer orders, and coordinating with our logistics team for deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of products
- Process payments over the phone and maintain accurate records
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate departments and provide excellent customer service
- Manage internal communication and documentation, including emails and reports
- Support additional administrative duties as needed, such as data entry and filing
Requirements:
- Experience with inbound calls and customer service
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Proficient in IT and familiar with data protection principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and manage your own workload
