About the Role

Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC) is seeking a highly skilled Reporting and Business Intelligence Manager to join our Customer Operations function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and evolving business intelligence reports and dashboards to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analytics: Design and develop business intelligence reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations for business improvements.
  • Power BI Expertise: Utilize Power BI to build and evolve reports and dashboards, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Insight Generation: Analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in delivering reporting and analytics solutions in a similar industry.
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Power BI, data analysis, and data processing.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
