* Adhering to schedules and completing tasks on time to meet production demands.

* Maintaining a tidy and organized yard to ensure optimal working conditions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* 360° Machine Licence.

* Experience with grabs, magnets, and sorting scrap metal.

* Strong knowledge of metal recycling processes.

* Punctual and reliable individual with a proactive approach to work.

* Willingness to learn and improve, combined with a positive attitude.

* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers an estimated salary of £30,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including competitive holiday entitlement and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
