Weedingshall is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multifaceted Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our serviced lodges and hotel operation in the Polmont/Falkirk area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain daily hot tub hygiene
  • Cut and maintain grass throughout the premises
  • Strim and trim vegetation as required
  • Pick up litter and debris
  • Collect and dispose of leaves
  • Perform routine drain maintenance
  • Conduct general grounds maintenance tasks

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also perform various handyperson duties, including:

  • Carpentry and joinery tasks
  • Electrical and plumbing repairs
  • Repair and replace fences and other wooden structures
  • Painting and decorating
  • Fix broken household items
  • Load and unload materials
  • Perform physical labour tasks

To be successful in this role, you will require 1 year of maintenance experience and strong manual handling skills. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of £13-£14 per hour, paid on an annualised basis.
