We are seeking a skilled Catering Assistant to join our team in Livingston, EH54. As a Catering Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing food, working collaboratively with other team members, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing food to a high standard
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve kitchen goals
  • Ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are met at all times
  • Assisting with food preparation and presentation

Requirements:

  • Food Safety level 3 or above
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience assisting in the kitchen
  • Excellent knowledge of food health and safety regulations
  • Able to stand for extended periods
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work in a team
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Expert in quantity cooking

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay rate of £11.50 per hour
  • Flexible working hours, including Monday to Friday 07:00am until 15:00pm or 10:30am until 18:30pm
