Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Growth Strategist to join our team at HeadX. As a key member of our e-commerce division, you will be responsible for driving business growth through conversion rate optimization strategies, leveraging your expertise in Shopify development, A/B testing, and web analytics.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand, contributing to its continued success and expansion. You will have the autonomy to own and manage the Shopify website and tech stack, developing and implementing conversion rate optimization strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive conversion rate optimization strategies, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel analysis.
  • Manage the Shopify website and tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Analyze data and trends to inform optimization decisions and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of strategies.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on conversion rate optimization and Shopify development.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven decision making and A/B testing.
  • Expertise in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and ability to leverage data to inform optimization strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify Plus and complex coding implementations.
  • Ability to build funnels, landing pages, and advertorials from scratch, with a focus on visually pleasing design and user experience.
