About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Professional to join our team in Cirencester. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional IT services to our clients.

You will be working closely with our clients to identify and resolve complex technical issues, manage and maintain their infrastructure, and assist with project implementation and infrastructure upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering 3rd line support for complex technical issues, both remotely and on-site
  • Managing and maintaining client infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments
  • Assisting with project implementation and infrastructure upgrades
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in 3rd line support within an MSP or similar environment
  • Expertise in Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365 suite, Active Directory, and Windows Server
  • Solid networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and VPNs)
