About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Cirencester, delivering exceptional IT services to a diverse range of clients. As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' infrastructure.

You will be responsible for delivering 3rd line support for complex technical issues, managing and maintaining client infrastructure, and assisting with project implementation and infrastructure upgrades.

Key Requirements
  • Strong experience in 3rd line support within an MSP or similar environment
  • Expertise in Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365 suite, Active Directory, and Windows Server
  • Solid networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and VPNs)
