Role Description:
  • Deliver comprehensive IT and telecoms hardware and software support across various areas, including telephony, office productivity, cybersecurity, and Wi-Fi.
Responsibilities
  • Offer high-quality 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support to our base of SME customers.
  • Visit customer sites when required to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through phone and face-to-face interactions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a 1st and 2nd line support position, with expertise in telephony and IT systems.
  • Prior knowledge of Gamma Horizon and Office 365 is essential.
  • Desirable experience with Barracuda Cybersecurity.
  • A proven ability to install and maintain telecoms services in a field-based capacity.
