Job Summary

The Expert Employment team is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician Assistant to contribute to the production of a wide range of products and fluidic components for the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assembly and Testing: Perform precise assembly and testing tasks, ensuring high-quality products meet industry standards.
  2. Integrity Assessments: Conduct integrity assessments of assembled systems using high-pressure gases and specialized leak detection equipment.
  3. Component Preparation: Prepare components for assembly and testing by employing automated particle counting equipment or patch sample counting techniques.
  4. Testing and Inspection: Utilize digital voltmeters, oscilloscopes, data acquisition systems, and high-voltage dielectric and insulation resistance test equipment to ensure product integrity.
  5. Material Joining: Engage in material joining processes, including manual TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding and orbital welding, while maintaining weld inspection records for parts and test pieces.
  6. Maintenance and Housekeeping: Perform periodic maintenance of cleanroom facilities and testing equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements
