Manufacturing Technician

Job Summary:
Ultra Precision Control Systems is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to manufacture high precision products from detailed engineering drawings for the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various manufacturing equipment, such as presses, drills, and special tooling, in accordance with controlled documentation and individual scope of approval.
- Manufacture and assemble high precision products, including sub-assemblies, in accordance with relevant drawings, manufacturing instructions, and process sheets.
- Ensure all build documentation is completed in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate training records in accordance with company procedure.
- Adhere to the expectations and requirements of being an Ultra PCS certified Stamp Holder.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with Code of Practices and IPC620A Standards.
- Previous experience in a precision assembly environment.
Security Clearance:
Candidates must be able to achieve BPSS security clearance.
