Management Reporting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our finance team at Compass Hospitality UK. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing management accounts for specific hotels within our portfolio, including bank reconciliations, supplier statement reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Currently studying towards CIMA or ACCA, AAT qualified as a minimum
- Experience working within a month-end focused role
- Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Based on the location and industry standards, we estimate the salary for this position to be around £52,000 - £62,000 per annum. The contract is full-time with 40 hours per week.
