Job OverviewPurosearch Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Care Professional to join its dynamic healthcare team in Swindon. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to a diverse patient community.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing services, including wound care, immunisations, and routine health screenings.
- Conduct patient assessments, create tailored care plans, and support a holistic, patient-centred approach.
- Collaborate closely with GPs, healthcare assistants, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide patient education and promote health to empower individuals in managing their well-being.
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin.
- Prior experience in a primary care or community healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Skilled in administering child and adult immunizations and cervical smears.
