Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Care Support Professional within our supported living services in Cheltenham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, and flexible, with excellent communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities and Autism, promoting their independence and enabling them to participate in various activities.

About the Role

This hands-on position requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing situations. You will assist with daily living tasks, personal care, medication, and mobility needs, while also developing residents' life skills and personal interests. Maintaining accurate record keeping and contributing to service monitoring requirements are essential aspects of this role.
