About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Professional to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Care Support Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and helping residents maintain their independence. You will also be responsible for following care plans and collaborating with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with older adults, excellent communication skills, and a warm and empathetic approach. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £38 per hour, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development.
