About the Role

This is a crucial role within the healthcare team, delivering outstanding care to patients and making a real difference to their lives. As a Social Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, assisting with daily activities, and supporting patients with nutritional requirements.

Candidates are required to have a legal right to work in the UK and will be subject to additional vetting and security checks due to the nature of the role.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding quality-based care to all patients
  • Assist patients with daily activities, respecting individual needs, dignity, and privacy
  • Assist patients with nutritional requirements
  • Deliver healthcare under the supervision of a qualified nurse and assist with the delivery of care plans
