Care Support Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Limewood Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with medication administration and monitoring
- Participate in activities and events to promote social interaction and engagement
- Contribute to a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent care standards
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification
- At least 12 months of experience working as a Care Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.44
- A 30-40 hour contract per week, with opportunities for flexible scheduling
- 5.6 weeks of annual leave, plus bank holidays
