Job Opportunity for a Senior Back-End Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Back-End Developer to join our team at RedTech Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for leading the software development on an exciting and complex upcoming project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of back-end systems using a broad range of technologies, including JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Mentor junior developers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a software engineering role.
  • Proficient in JavaScript and related frameworks/technologies.
  • Strong academics, with a 2:1 or 1st class degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Engineering, or a closely related subject.
  • Knowledge of web technologies and development.
  • Ability to quickly pick up new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
