Hourly Rate: £14.00 - £18.00

Contract Length: 6 months (with extension or T2P option)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Administrator to join our client's team in Southampton. As a key member of the workshop team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day documentation of technicians' work sheets, reports, and warranty claims. You will also provide administrative support to the parts department as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with documentation of technicians' work sheets, reports, and warranty claims
  • Provide administrative support to the parts department
  • Ensure the smooth running of the workshop
  • Use Microsoft Office to manage documents and data
  • Answer phone calls and respond to queries

Requirements:

  • Administrator experience (Fleet experience advantageous)
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
