About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Project Lead to join our team at Rebellion. As a key member of our QA department, you will be responsible for leading a team of QA Analysts and ensuring the quality of our projects meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of QA Analysts to ensure the quality of our projects.
  • Work collaboratively with Production and other departments to ensure project QA requirements are clearly understood and effectively managed.
  • Plan, create, and execute project QA strategies and test plans.
  • Delegate test cases to the test team and perform assessments of projects with development and production teams.
  • Proactively solve project issues and maintain morale within the QA team.
  • Actively mentor the QA team and lead by example.
  • Administer and enforce the quality and consistency of bugs as per project requirements.
  • Monitor and manage bug databases to ensure team efficiency and productivity.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve goals through the test team.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders as required to support QA activities.
Requirements
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently.
  • Strong leadership skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Resilience, accountability, and responsibility.

  • Excellent knowledge of game testing models and bug testing and project tracking software.
  • Exceptional knowledge of the video game development process and 8th and 9th generation of consoles and PC platforms.
