Senior QA Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Project Lead to join our team at Rebellion. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for managing the quality of our projects and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of QA analysts to ensure the quality of our projects.
  • Work collaboratively with production and other departments to ensure project QA requirements are clearly understood and effectively managed.
  • Plan, create, and execute project QA strategies and test plans.
  • Delegate test cases to the test team and perform assessments of projects with development and production teams.
  • Proactively solve project issues and act as a role model for the QA team.
  • Actively mentor the QA team and maintain morale.
  • Update and communicate project status to the line manager.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently.
  • Strong leadership skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Resilience, accountability, and responsibility.
  • Active listening skills and ability to motivate and incorporate input from within the team.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and analytical with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent knowledge of game testing models and bug testing and project tracking software.
